A)

Personal characteristics (with examples) 

Personally, my personal characteristics are pretty straight forward but ones a lot of people look at and pay attention to the most. I'm mainly proud of my timekeeping and organisation, I always try and get a timetable made for the week so I know what I have to do and what I could have time for be that go out somewhere or spend some time playing video games. My timetable usually consist of college, work, working on my clothing brand and then sometimes some free time to do some other things. I always try and be on time as for me lateness is the worst thing someone can offer. When it comes to social, I have improved thanks to my work as before I was an extremely shy and quiet person and wouldn't speak to anyone new, but over the time working I have gained confidence.

Skills  

Soft Skills- I am defiantly a hard working person, I don't mind working with other people as I find it easy to get a long with anyone that is doing the same thing as me. My commutation skills when it comes to communicating with others and understanding each other is another skill I defiantly hold. I'm definitely  someone that doesn't give up and goes until the end trying his best. I'm also a social person and don't mind meeting new people and getting along with them and getting to know them( my work consists of this throughout my whole shift I meet new people)

Hard- When it comes to hard skills, I definitely have a good understand of a lot of programs such as Photoshop, After effects, illustrator and a couple more. I have gained a lot of experience  in these programs and understand loads of things about them and also how to operate them. I also have some skill with cameras as I try and get the role of a cameraman so I can use it and gain more confidence and more knowledge. I would also say I am pretty decent at editing as I have been doing it for a long time now.
Relevant achievements

One big achievement I had this year, was that I was able to start up esport community with some friends and turn it into the biggest and most popular one in Poland. With this achievement, I had to use a lot of skills and knowledge I gained from this course, as I had to make sure I know my target audience and how to catch their attention as well as, creating graphics to use for promotions. Another big achievement that I got this year was that I passed my theory test which was something I stressed about for a long time and didn't feel confident at all.

Experience and interests

When it comes to experience and interest, I do currently have a part-time job as a sales advisor at Currys PcWorld and was hoping to change roles to a business sales advisor but unfortunately due to COVID-19 the role was no longer available. I have been working there since November 2018 and have gained a lot of experience when it comes to that work. In Year 10, I also did work experience with a friend at Carl Zeiss as an it support for 1 week. From my work I have definitely gained a lot of confidence and have also learned how to negotiate with people and build a relationship.

B)

Strengths = Hard working, Determined, Understand a lot programs such as: photoshop, premiere pro, after effects etc. Decent editing skills. Great communication skills as well as good group work skills. Confident.

Weaknesses = Creativity, operating a camera, problem solving, operating lighting equipment and audio equipment too.

Opportunities = Nowadays there is huge amounts of resources that I can find online regarding anything and everything that I want to learn about. Massive amount of experience, in communication and relationship building with customers something that will be needed when working as an accountant.

Threats = Some courses require really high grades to get in, will need to put in 110% effort to try and achieve them. As well as, the cost at some of the university is really high so finance might be an issue with some of the options.
